Shipping & Return Policy
Your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you chose. This cost assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Express Delivery Available Upon Request
Please call to see if the product is in stock! Upgrading to Second Day Air or Next Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example, an out-of-stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by the shipper) to arrive in two business days.
Free Freight Offers
Free freight offers are good for ground shipments only. Free freight offers do not include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or international locations.
Truck Freight Shipments
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. it's always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.)
If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased from us you may return it, unused, within 30 days of original receipt date. Refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Call our customer service department at 877-506-TREE (8733) to get a Return Authorization. Include your name, phone number, address, RA#, a copy of your receipt, and reason for return, inside the box. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Arbor Tech Supply, LLC is not responsible for any damages or loss of package in transit back to our location.
Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
- Opened or used
- Missing their serial number or UPC
- Special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Returned more then 30 days after delivery
- Returned without notification
- Rope CAN NOT be returned for any reason
